Oldrich Cerny, Chairman

In 2002, Oldrich Cerny co-founded the Prague Security Studies Institute and has been its Executive Director since the inception of the Institute.
Since 1998, Mr. Cerny has also served as Executive Director of the FORUM2000 Foundation.
Oldrich Cerny was appointed a National Security Advisor to the President of Czechoslovakia, Vaclav Havel, from 1990 to 1993. Following the division of Czechoslovakia and the creation of the Czech Republic, Mr. Cerny served as the first Director General of the Czech Foreign Intelligence Service. He held this post until his departure from government in 1998.
Prior to the Velvet Revolution in 1989, Mr. Cerny was working in Film Studio Barrandov dubbing foreign films into the Czech language and prior to that was a freelance translator and interpreter.
Oldrich Cerny holds advanced degrees in both English and Czech from Charles University in Prague, Czech Republic.
Adam M. Pener

Adam Pener is Chief Operating Officer and a founding executive of Conflict Securities Advisory Group Inc.
In this capacity, he has served as a leading figure in shaping the rapidly emerging field of global security risk. Mr. Pener's duties at CSAG include managing business development, strategic planning, product development and corporate communications.
In addition, Mr. Pener was instrumental in the development and launch of retail and institutional "terror-free investing" products and services.
In 2001, Mr. Pener authored a comprehensive report on the security dimensions of China's presence in the U.S. capital markets for the Congressional U.S.-China Economic and Security Review Commission.
Since that time, he has testified before a number of state legislatures on global security risk and has served as an expert source for dozens of national and international articles and reports on global security risk and terror-free investing.
Mr. Pener earned his MA in International Economic Policy from the Elliott School of the George Washington University and a BA from Haverford College.
George P. Lucaci

Mr. Lucaci is the Senior Managing Director in the Capital Raising Group of Channel Capital Group, Inc.
He joined the firm in July 2002 and has twenty-five years of experience on Wall Street profitably marketing new businesses and products in Foreign Exchange (FX), Fixed Income and Derivatives. He ran and developed Chemical Bank's first FX Corporate Desk and headed up a proprietary FX Futures Arbitrage Trading Desk at Citibank. Later, at Citibank he was part of the Mortgage Securitization Group that issued Citicorp's first CMO.
Mr. Lucaci was the National Product and Sales Manager at Merrill Lynch's Mortgage Backed Securities Group and ran U.S. Fixed Income Sales for Nomura Securities.
Mr. Lucaci also managed risk at a large FX and Fixed Income Arbitrage hedge fund.
Mr. Lucaci earned a BA from Duke University and an MBA from George Washington University.
John G. Sarpa

John G. Sarpa is the Partner for Centurion Partners in the Rocky Mountains.
He is responsible for identifying and securing all new development projects in that area and management of the local Centurion Partners' office.
During his twenty years in real estate development, Mr. Sarpa has been responsible for the acquisition, construction and financing of over $1.0 billion of development including luxury hotels, residential projects and office buildings throughout the United States, Europe and the Middle East. He has been active in developing in the Rocky Mountain region since 1987.
Mr. Sarpa received a law degree from George Washington University and was a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Indiana University. He was also was a Rotary International Scholarship recipient and studied law at the Australian National University.
Mr. Sarpa serves as President of the Aspen Valley Hospital Board of Directors as well as a member of Board of Directors including: the Aspen Rotary Club, Leadership Aspen, the Aspen Medical Foundation, Neighbor to Neighbor, and chairs the Aspen Institute Community Forum.
Mr. Sarpa was also active for many years in Washington, D.C. with a number of organizations focused on the Middle East, including serving on the Board of Directors for the Middle East Institute and the National Council for US-Arab Relations.
